In our most important relationship, we can feel lost, stuck and hurt. Natalie uses a combination of Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and other psychological therapies to help couples come back together.

 

Learn to accept and understand the gridlock of your problems, learn how to speak through them with empathy, respect and kindness. Learn how to become friends again – to admire and appreciate each other. 

In this way, you can build a new relationship based on friendship, love and trust. Together,  build a new shared meaning and purpose.
