Are you feeling overwhelmed with the busyness of your life? Are you stressed? Would you like some time for yourself to experience stillness and quiet?
This 8-week program will teach you how to meditate and incorporate mindfulness into your daily life activities. It will also focus on practical strategies to improve your emotional well-being and show you how to self-nurture.

Mindfulness is an effective, evidence-based approach which improves: concentration, management of chronic pain and illness, anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and trauma.

Wednesday Evenings: 19.30-21:15
1 May, 8 May, 15 May, 22 May, 5 June, 12 June, 19 June, 26 June (*no class on 29 May).
